At Letti New York, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
